This privacy policy explains how Resourceful People Group Limited (“RPG”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data.

The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
- Past and current employee data required to employ/pay (DOB, NI#, tax records, bank details, DOS), pay and performance data
- Third-party associates and contractors, including contact, services, contractual and payment details
- Potential, existing and previous clients:
- including name, email, address, phone numbers / contact details,
- type of work expected & performed,
- minutes/notes of meetings undertaken.
- Client and supplier payment details
- Supplier bank details
- Pension scheme data, that may refer to individuals (despite best efforts to anonymise)
- When working with a client RPG will work with the client’s information in accordance with RPG’s privacy policy.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- Any work with you as a client, in relation to quotation, preparation and delivery of the work product.
- Marketing campaigns
- Client survey and analysis
- Employ staff to RPG
- Payment of suppliers
- Development of client base and case studies
- RPG’s own website &/or contact form
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- Government 3rd parties such as tax offices
- Third parties who will ‘connect’ future clients
We use the information that you have given us in order to support the services we provide our clients.
We may share this information with formal government offices, payroll providers, financial institutions.
We do not sell any personal data to third parties although we reserve the right to share personal data with trusted third parties where necessary to deliver our services or meet legal obligations or payment requirements.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent (when requested, including using the website). You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting info@resourcefulpeoplegroup.com
(b) We have a contractual obligation – such as where processing is necessary to deliver services to clients
(c) We have a legal obligation – such as for compliance with tax, employment and regulatory requirements
(d) We have a legitimate interest – such as to operate and improve our business, provided these do not override your rights
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on the Company’s IT infrastructure which is also secured on cloud-based systems, utilising access controls with appropriate technical measures. Where sensitive data is used passwords will also be adopted where practically feasible.
We also utilise a cloud based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software and access that through both the computer and phone app’s – whilst utilising the apps built in security features.
We actively use a number of assessment platforms including but not limited to such as “Insights Discovery Personality Profiling” and “AQai Assessment & Coaching” where individuals will voluntarily submit their own personal details onto these respective platforms. The individuals and also RPG are therefore bound by their respective privacy policies for each platform.
We also utilise a VOIP communication system, linking a desk phone and mobile through an online system provided by Talk UK, again utilising the apps built in security features.
We will actively review the retention of data on an annual basis.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected. Typical retention periods include:
- Client data: up to 5 years after the end of the relationship
- Financial records: up to 6 years (to comply with legal requirements)
- Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn
After this period, data will be securely deleted or anonymised unless we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons.
International Transfers
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside the UK. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent protections.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights although we reserve the right to require proof of identiy before accepting and responding to a ‘qualified’ requests. If you make a ‘qualified’ request, we will respond within one month in accordance with applicable law.
